• Responding to enquiries (contact form) – Consent or Legitimate interests depending on context
• Analytics and site improvement – Consent (for non-essential cookies)
• Legal obligations (e.g., invoicing/accounting where applicable) – Legal obligation

We use strictly necessary cookies and, subject to your consent, analytics/performance cookies.

In our current setup: cookie consent is kept for 12 months if accepted, and 6 months if refused, after which we will ask again.

• Analytics cookies: up to 13 months
• Consent record: as above (accept: 12 months / refuse: 6 months)

Your data may be processed by our service providers (hosting, maintenance). If transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are applied (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, adequate countries).

California (CCPA/CPRA) – where applicable: rights to know, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive data, and opt-out of “sale/share”.

Canada (PIPEDA) – consent-based principles, access and correction rights.

8. Visitors from outside the EU (overview)

If you are located in the United Kingdom: the UK GDPR applies in a similar manner to the GDPR.
If you are in California (USA): you may have CCPA/CPRA rights (access, deletion, limitation of the use of sensitive data, opt-out of “sale/sharing”) if applicable to our business.
If you are in Canada: PIPEDA sets out comparable principles (purposes, consent, access).

9. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data (access controls, encryption in transit, logging, etc.).
